Vintage Las Vegas 12 sided die from Bonanza Gifts.  Original price sticker still attached, although it is barely hangin on, LOL.  Normal signs of age and use including some scuffing on the graphics.   Roll the die and take a chance where it lands, and you would go to that casino, or use it as a paperweight.  Fun novelty vintage item from Las Vegas.
