DESCRIPTION: This is a fascinating ceiling fixture. I haven't been able to find another like it. I don't know how to test it. It looks like it hasn't been installed. The screw caps were missing and I think it needs bulbs. I will trust that a person with some experience with lighting will know more about it. Sold as is with no returns.
