    This listing is for one Sega Dreamcast Clock Battery Holder and one rechargeable CMOS battery. This mod kit may be used to replace a clock battery inside of a Sega Dreamcast. By performing this modification, a person will never have to use a soldering iron to install a new clock battery into the Sega Dreamcast again --- all a person will have to do is pop out the old battery from the holder and put in a new one. Symptoms of a non-working clock battery include being prompted to set the time/date every time the Sega Dreamcast is turned on, which can get very, very annoying. This is a very desirable modification as most of the clock batteries inside of Sega Dreamcasts are dead or dying at this point in time. Please note, this modification requires use of a soldering iron. A soldering iron is not included in this listing. We suggest that customers only attempt this modification if they are confident in their refurbishing abilities. Photos are stock.
