Good connectivity of this device includes Bluetooth 4.1 version A2DP, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4Ghz), but it lacks NFC connection.

This watch is compatible with T-Mobile sim card however s
ome areas and networks may not support 3G and LTE and the watch will not work. We don't offer other models at this moment due to discrepancies. Please message us if you have any requests.

We offer FREE shipping to all states within the USA. You are responsible for any customs and VAT charges.
Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have shipped.
Expedited shipping orders must contain a valid physical address.  We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You can return the product and get a full refund or replacement.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging along with all accessories. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from us in accordance with the conditions stated above.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or expense required to replace or repair the product.
If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken items to us unless we issued a RMA. This is necessary to keep your right to file a claim with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note you may return any new item purchased from us that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
