1940's Crouse Hinds DLA120 with a VDB 3 Globe.

Very nice all original condition as seen.
Removed from an old molasses factory in Kentucky, these lights are sweet! They had a heavy coating of goo..........inadvertently protecting them from corrosion. It's somewhat satisfying removing all the gelatinous crud to  reveal a beautiful light, a light that has been safely hidden for decades.
The lights were disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Brand new UL Listed sockets replaced the old sockets. Also, a ground wire was added for safety and code compliance, pass your inspections!! (This was all done after these pictures were taken). The large asbestos gasket was removed and replaced with a new, non-asbestos, high-temperature gasket. You don't want to leave the original gaskets in the lights...very dangerous.
No expense was spared during the restoration of these amazing vintage lights.
The light measures 13 inches from the bottom of the globe to the top of the hood. The down-rods shown are either 6 inches or 12, in either black or galvanized pipe. 3 inch available for no additional charge.
If no choice is made, I will send 12" galvanized down-rods with your purchase.
I tend to each and every one as if I was restoring it for public exhibition...I'm extremely proud of my work.

Light will be shipped in pieces to insure safe arrival; re-assembly is EASILY accomplished by purchaser.
I suggest that all electrical items be checked and installed by a professional electrician.
