We ship ground freight (LTL). Products are shipped assembled, on a pallet and weigh in excess of 200lbs, from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders ship within 24 hours after an order is received (Monday-Friday).
Customers will receive shipping confirmation with tracking, once the order has shipped.
The carrier will reach out to schedule an appointment for delivery. An adult must be on-site to sign for the delivery.
