This is for a door lid sensor for the DVD drive of your Nintendo GameCube with a bridged connection to make your GameCube think that the lid is always closed!
So this is a very specific part that is attached to the top right of the DVD drive that makes your console know if the lid is open or closed. It has a few names, open/close door sensor, dvd drive tray board mechanism, little board with black legs, etc.
Normally there are two black legs that are extremely fragile and can be broken off if you do not keep the top of the lid open while closing back up your console.
This does not have the legs, it has two points that are bridged to make the console think the disc tray is always closed.
These can be very pricey, so I wanted to offer this product at a fraction of the regular price to help people that do not want to spend the full amount.
This does not come with the wire or screw.
