New England Raw Shetland Wool Fleece -from Skirted Fleece -2022 #202/05

Description

This is another lot from this sheep. 8 oz. of raw Shetland fleece (#202). You may get you hooked on the breed - it is so soft!
Fleece has very nice crimp (see photos)
For spinning or felting, still "in the grease", but easily washed with Ivory liquid or wool scouring agent (avoid agitation and drastic temperature changes in water). Some vegetable matter is present as this is a farm raised sheep without a coat covering.
Ready for you to process! Staple of 4" - 5".
