An American Art Nouveau sterling silver figural paper knife by Graff Washbourne and Dunn of Washington DC .
The knife weighs 11.35 troy oz.  Length 13".  Monogrammed on the back of the handle and dated 1903.  Good condition with good detail and no dents or damage, just light scratches from normal use.
