Air Compressor Coolant Return Pipe Revision — US04 Emission Compliant MP7 Engines
On certain US04 emission compliant MP7 engines, leaking coolant may be noticed at the seal ring connection between the air compressor coolant return pipe and the coolant pump inlet pipe. To eliminate this condition, the air compressor return and coolant pump inlet pipes have been redesigned, and the seal ring connection has been changed to a hose connection. Should leakage in this area be encountered, it is recommended that the air compressor coolant return pipe and coolant pump inlet pipe be changed to the revised arrangement. Parts required are as follows:
