    Makgeolli is Korean traditional rice wine.
    You can make and drink Korean traditional makgeolli by yourself using this kit.
    How to make makgeolli?
    Step 1.
    Pour 1.5liter of lukewarm water up to the water level line. Shake the pouch well about 5 to 10 times for making sure that the powder and water are well mixed. Lumps will be dissolved as it ferment.

    Step 2.
    The lid must be left loose to let the fermentation gas out of the pouch. Place the pouch at room temperature of 22 - 25 for hours until the makgeolli with ABV of 5% brews.
    (ABV may vary depending on conditions.)
    Step 3.
    Keep the makgeolli refrigerated for 1 or 2 days for refreshing taste. Consumption within 30 days is recommended.
    Be careful when opening the lid with high pressure of fementation gas.
