    Description

    This is a Hitachi HB-B201 "Home Bakery Plus" convection bread maker with jam and rice functions. The rice lid (needed for making rice in the unit) is included as is the original manual and measuring spoon. It is in good working condition and is very clean with only a few small marks (see photos). According to the manual it makes three different loaf sizes listed as small (7oz), medium (14oz) and large (1.3lb). The rapid cycle bakes a loaf in 2hr 50m. The delay timer is variable from 4hr 20m to 13 hours in ten minute increments.
