Fred Arthur is the rarest hockey autograph from the 1980's. Played for the Hartford Whalers and Philadelphia Flyers. He only played 3 games for the Whalers in 1980-81 and 74 for the Flyers in 1981-82 and only 3 in 1982-83. He has not signed an autograph since retiring and did not get asked a lot when he played so they are not out there. Its why his name appears on so many wantlists and why the minimum bid is a bargain.
