The bits are brad point bits designed to keep your holes centered and bore clean accurate holes .Drill bits in these sizes are not commonly found .it is unlikely you can just go down to your local hardware or home improvement store and purchase these bits and to spend the time to search for these and buying them separately would probably cost you 2-3 the price listed or more. These are the most common sizes used
in guitar building and will work for tuners and control pots , jacks etc from most manufacturers. Having the proper size bits will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of your work. if you build stringed instruments or want to begin ..it would be wise of you to make a small investment in bits and save yourself time and trouble struggling with the wrong sizes.
