    I am sorry, but it is very expensive to ship letters from Denmark.
    The actual cost for a letter up to 100 grams is Danish Kroner 33,00 (app. 5,50 US$).
    Then I have to pay eBay 0,61 US$ as they include the shipping costs in the selling fee.
    Also does PayPal: They charge app. 10% of the payment (including the shipping)
    That is a total of 6,66 US$ for the costs of shipping.
    When you add the price of envelope, and cardboard inlay it comes out 7,00 US$ as cost price.
