    This is an autographed 3x5 index card by Hall of Famer Bert Olmstead (Deceased 11-16-2015) on the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens. The card is signed in blue sharpie and is in ex-mint condition. The autograph is guaranteed authentic. COA from Loren & Daryl Eldred.
