ALPACA. Washed-Picked-Tumbled-Clean-Carded-Natural white, Dyeable-Blend-Spin

I bought 1-2 pounds of unprocessed Huacaya Alpaca for my personal use. I am selling what remains after spinning and weaving it. There was only fine VM and dirt to remove. Alpaca has no lanolin. To keep handling to a minimum and reduce the chance of felting, the alpaca was soaked in net bags to wash and rinse. Clean, the fiber was opened with a picker, drum carder, and hand combs. Some VM still remains and can fall or be picked out during carding and spinning. Photos 1-2: Clean, picked; Photos 3-6: Clean, drum carded. Pictures 7-8 show the fiber before washing. Photos 9+ show additional views. It can also be used as stuffing for pillows, craft projects, wall hangings and dryer balls. It is ready for your further processing.
