Condition: The pictorial souvenir is in great, vintage condition, with no missing pages, no writing on any of the pages, and minimal soiling and wear. However, the pages have darkened with age, and there are chips to the paper, primarily along the bottom edge of the piece. In addition, there is a half inch tear, also along the bottom edge, which impacts all of the pages throughout the volume.
