    Description

Marvel Star Wars Comic Book Collection
Long out of print from 1977-1985.  Just purchased a complete run of these in mixed conditions from Fair to NM.
An explanation of various versions of Star Wars comics:
    1) Newstand Version:   UPC code in lower left on the cover.  These issues were sold on newstands and were returnable if unsold.
    2) Whitman Version:  No UPC code and issue number usually in a diamond on cover.  Printed at the same time as other versions but sold mostly in multi-packs in big box stores.
    3) Direct Version:  Originally had a black slash through the UPC code and later had some sort of logo printed in the UPC code box.  This was to distinguish between the returnable newstand version and these non-returnable direct versions designed for sale in comic shops..
All 3 versions were printed at the same time but designated to be sold in different venues.
Each issue is individually graded and priced.   If we have multiples we will send the better condition issue.  We have tried to be very conservative with the grading so there should be no problems. Very Fine and better listings will show little or no wear.  If you do not care which version you get choose the lowest priced one in each condition.
Many of these lower grade  issues have some faint cover wrinkling that may not show up in the image.  The ones I have graded VG and  look better probably have some cover creasing that is not visible.
