Welcome to the "No-Kill Shelter" of industrial lighting.
If these gorgeous little 12 inch diameter cuties were candy, they'd be the "Fun Size". Rated at 75 watts, they're perfect for a zillion applications!
This light manufactured by Westinghouse, utilizes a heavy, ceramic/porcelain insulator that makes these lights unique in the industrial lighting world. Forever being innovators, they topped it off with a heavy cast iron top! They were obviously trying to put the best light they could possibly design into the marketplace..and they succeeded. To remove the shade, simply loosen three screws, provide a slight twist and bring it down.
These lights have had their cast-iron tops media-blasted down to bare metal and had a heavy-duty baked-on finish factory applied. All the porcelain is original, only the cast-iron tops were restored. Though expensive to do, the results are spectacular and will last forever.
These lights are rarely offered for sale, and in this quantity and condition, unheard of.
The lights were disassembled and cleaned. The asbestos gaskets and asbestos laden caulking was all removed from the socket. Removing the asbestos is not the end of the process, it was there for a reason and needs equivalent materials to replace it. This HAS been done on these lights, they will perform as safely as ever. The lights were then reassembled and tested.
The condition of these lights is beyond compare. Buyers swooped in on all of the lights that had chips...nothing left but lights that are in AMAZING condition!  A few of them have factory finish defects on the edge too....I LOVE these as they are smooth to the touch....not chips.
The down-rod is galvanized steel and 6 inches long. I will swap it for one of 3 or 12 inches free of charge, in either galvanized or black pipe. If the buyer doesn't request a different size or color, they will ship with the 6 inch galvanized down-rod as pictured.
From the bottom edge to the top of the cast-iron top, measures 6 1/2 inches. The total fixture, including the newer down-rod and hanger, is about 14 inches tall. The diameter is 12 inches.
The regular medium base socket accommodates regular, medium base household bulbs.

The lights will be shipped partially disassembled to be easily re-assembled buy the buyer. The shades will need to be reinstalled as described above.
I even include the wire-nuts!
All electrical items should be checked and installed by a professional electrician.
