Return Policy

It is highly recommended that you inspect all items upon receipt, and pre-fit fender flares as instructed before painting or installing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. The following return policy applies to all returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original package. Any used, installed, or modified (partially or wholly) item will receive no refund.

All returns must be pre-authorized by us. Before returning your item, please contact us via eBay messaging system for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. When returning the item, the RGA # must be marked clearly outside of the return shipping box. Unauthorized return will not be accepted.

Digital pictures are required in order to determine if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be returned before the replacement part can be shipped.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs incurred unless the return is due to our mistake. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not refund or reimburse any labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.

Once the return is received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 7 business days. The refund method will be the same as the original payment method.
